Scheduled a pick up for today weeks, but the pick up is no longer viable because the company was bought out, unbeknownst to anyone except Azuma employees. Of course, I have to be out of my apartment BY TODAY.

When I called to find out a good pick up window, I was told that the pick up wouldn't happen today, but tomorrow. Unacceptable! Upon speaking to a supervisor, now the pick up won't be until SATURDAY, 6 days after I'm supposed to be out of my apartment because they don't have trucks in the area. I'm beyond pissed, and regretting ever leasing with this terrible company.

So sad the customer service has gone out the window, and will never, ever use again. Good riddance.
