We scheduled our delivery for a Sunday between 10 AM and 4PM. The delivery driver called at 9:30 AM and said he would arrive at 10 AM. I told him I was ready, and I went and waited by the door. He never arrived. I waited until 4PM and never heard a word. I called the main office the next day and they were not apologetic. After experiencing over-billing, random charges and terrible customer service for a year, I was so glad to be getting rid of this company. My husband and I moved from our apartment to our new home. We requested the apartment washer/dryer set be picked up from the apartment and they delivered a loud set to the home. I recently leased a washer and dryer from Azuma for a year. After which I terminated my lease. They overcharged me on one billing cycle ($25) so instead of refunding the $25, they instead "waived" the pick up fee of $39.00. Sounded like a good deal. I am currently leasing from Azuma. Their customer service is horrible. Hold times can take a good chunk of your day, reaching an hour and some change for me. The "associates" keep you on speaker while talking super quietly with children and dogs having the time of their lives in the background. If you need to set up an automatic payment, they completely disregard it and still autodraft the money... Read more

My boyfriend worked for azuma in austin tx.Was only getting paid $5 a hr and $2 if the customer was.Which he was doing 12 to 14 stops a day .Its not joke of having to carry a washer are a dryer to the third floor.Then they had the nerves to come at him with u hit a car two days later after it happen.I hve never heard of some one making a complaint 2 days later.When a company truck has hit there...
